D1 Male hockey players scrimmage D1 female soccer players in soccer.

My nephew plays hockey for UMass Lowell and he sent us a text message today that they scrimmaged the women’s soccer team, in soccer, and guess who won?
Not the women. I haven’t gotten a score from him yet.
Does anyone still think it’s fair to let men play in women’s sports?
ETA: And ironically they wore wife beater t-shirts.

This happened like 10 years ago when the Dallas 15 and under boys beat the USWNT like 6-2 in soccer.

Yea, but in their modest defense- many of them were called idiots (and worse) for the sports thing
It’s not where I want to spend much time but I do get how the members of the group want to spike the football when they see stories validating them now. It’s honestly just the same pendulum swinging back in what was an absurd fight generally

That’s probably the one sport I’d give the women a fighting chance at depending on how much experience then men’s soccer team had skating.
Now, my son’s beer league hockey team could likely beat a D1 women’s hockey team. But those men know how to skate to begin with.
