I'm on the side of the guy in the car.
These entitled middle-aged "cyclist" cultists are the worst and most officious douches out there.
This is DC, too, where a large fraction of the people living there are obnoxious and the raging "cyclists" are everywhere.
The car shouldn't have been parked in the bike lane, no. But the "cyclist" tapping on the car was acting like a prick. He chose to be obnoxious and take it upon himself to correct the driver. He found out the other guy would go just as hard as he would, and shut his mouth.

If they weren’t lying about working, it was a drug deal. Regardless, dude was on a motorized scooter knocking on the trunk to call out the driver about a car in “his” bike lane. While filming the incident for clicks. The girl was walking back to the car saying he could bitch all he wanted, just dont touch someones car. Yet, EV Scooter thought it would be a good idea to escalate things.

I've decided to not die by road rage. You blow your horn at anyone now and they get out of their car at the next light and puff up and bark. Don't want to be another "man shot at Baton Rouge intersection" headline. From now on I just drive around them.
