the twitter argument says that if the baker is able to give 2 free cookies to a customer in addition to the normal order, the normal order was overpriced and that the customer is entitled to a refund of the 2 additional free cookies.

who's right? who's wrong?

No sane, non troll or bot, person would ever believe that.

not only does she want a refund for something free, she doesn't even want to return the product of what she is seeking a refund for.

So the counter argument should be, OK then return the two cookies.

Or maybe, I'm sorry, those were accidentally packed in your order, can you return them or should I bill you for the two extra cookies?

Amazingly, this is only like the 5th-dumbest thing I’ve seen today.

You lose the argument that something was “overpriced” when you already looked at the menu, saw the price, and paid it.
