"A three-bedroom, two-bathroom “Brad Pitt house” has hit the market for $150,000. This lower 9th Ward home built by the star’s Make It Right foundation has eco-friendly bells and whistles, including solar panels, as well as hardwood floors and a deck. However, you might want to get a thorough home inspection, because lawsuits levied against the nonprofit allege “moisture and water intrusion problems” due to defective, rot-prone building materials."

Yeah but the lower 9th part is more important. You can tear the shoddy house down and rebuild but it's still in the ghetto.

I looked at number 4 as an investment property a while back and was not impressed. The building has some gnarly termite issues. The location is legit though on Prytania in the GD near Touro.

Lake Marina condo

I lived there in the 90’s. It felt like living in a motel, very loud with paper-thin walls, activity by the pool at all hours in warm weather, and a shared balcony that my neighbor let his dog shite all over.
