Either condo would be acceptable if you were restricted to $159K.

They all are really clean. And square.

A bit small for my taste.

I can’t choose between them, tbh.

House 1 is in the lower 9th so no thanks.

So is House 5. We don't get much info from the article, but it looks like someone has at least put some effort into maintaining house #1. Would all the Brad Pitt houses be like this if properly cared for, or was a shoddy job done on most of them?

Definitely house number 5, and the poll agrees with me!

Give me house #4. Easily the best neighborhood of them all.

No way I'm paying $300/mo HOA fee for a 530 sq ft condo.

Just spent a nice weekend down there for the Irish Channel parade.. We stayed in a fairly nice place right off of Magazine -- a duplex converted into a two-bedroom rental. High ceilings, fairly nice sized rooms. Appliances were up to date but like everything else down there, the baseboards were uneven, recessed lighting looked thrown together, gaps in window and doors..

out of curiosity I checked the Zestimate to see what one would pay to buy it --- $1.1 million
