You bitch and moan like a 15 yr old girl. Crossfit scares you. We get it. Move on.

Thanks for another great insight making me rethink my stance on cultfit. I haven't bitches once I've brought up points that I've seen with my own eyes. Other posters have agreed with my points. You are the one sinking to name calling. Does my assessment of cultfit scare you? Sure seems like it

Thanks for proving what I say is true because you result to personal attacks instead of staying on topic. Others in this thread have agreed with the exact points I bring up about cultfit. The only people that don't, want give reasons just go straight in attack mode.

I've made many points on topic, and I have stated many times that I have no problem if someone doesn't like crossfit, this is America and everyone is entitled to their opinion. Personally, I enjoy it, and I don't understand all of the hate for it.

You just seem to take this very personally. Show us on the doll where crossfit touched you.

You keep pointing out that people agree with you as if that makes your agruments correct. A lot of people agreed with Hitler's thoughts on racial cleansing. Not that I'm comparing the two, but "others agree with me" isn't a great leg to stand on.

I believe overtraining happens. But you normally see it in a lot of cross country runners whose adrenal glands are shot.

I do believe in the principle of overreaching for athletes but it has to be timed correctly

All cross fit is is a strength and conditioning program for non athletes.

Any remedial hs athlete practiced in one

Too expensive, not legit training or programming, elitist attitude. Could be a great program with a legit coach/programming, but can be tough to find.

nailed it

used to do it too and got in the best shape of my life, but i couldnt stand the culture. my fb feed was filled with crossfit posts exclusively. i will say that the trainers at my gym were very good

i do not crossfit, but why do so many people hate on it? I mean at least they are doing something other than sitting on the couch eating a candy bar. Its expensive, and not for everyone, but to each his own.

Because of the cult mentality of its biggest advocates.

It is pretty pricey. And, it doesn't help when you see some of the videos. That hurdle jumping video? Why even do that? I hope that's not a Crossfit event.

People hate on crossfit because of the price, the cultish aspect of it (with some crossfitters), the lingo that is exclusive to crossfit, and the absolutely stupid and dangerous routines that many crossfit gyms do.
