I'm on mobile and too lazy to hunt for the link but it's in the Der Spiegel article. He filled out a fact finding questionaire in which he said she said no and stop several times and that it was forced.

I believe he said she said no a few times, I dont recall the forced. He also said at no time did he think she though it was wrong. So admitting rape isnt really the whole truth
