So there are 3 adults living in a 2-3 bedroom apartment. Of course there are going to be parking issues. A couple of you should park further away, just to keep the peace. An older lady shouldn't have to walk a long way to get to her home. It's not the right thing to do..

Years ago, had an apartment with reserved covered parking. This Vietnamese man with a BMW kept parking in my space. I talked to the apartment management 4-5 times and they'd never do anything about it. We'd only use the covered space 1/2 the time since there were open uncovered spaces right in front of our townhouse.
Crazy wife goes down to the apartment office with a baseball bat and says "since you won't do anything about it I will" (to beat up the car, not the man). The manager then took action and the issue stopped.
