Crazy Woman and Apartment Parking

So here's my story,

I move into an apartment with my woman and we have a roommate a week ago

Thursday night 10:00 I get a knock on my door from a 40-50 year old woman she says "I intended to park back there I have groceries to move to my apartment."

I say "Oookay" and I go move my car a few spots over.

The woman does not thank me nor say a word.

Three days go by my room mate buys a bed frame and parks in the spot. My room mate has also had three or four knee surgeries and can't get around very well.

So after 9:00 tonight she comes banging on our door ,my friend answered and goes nuts talking about we just trying to mess with Miss Washington. And my friend said that's not my car and she said "deliver the message to them" and she also said you can go talk to the apartment people tomorrow.

Also there are no assigned parking spots.

Also the spot directly next to his car was open


So what would you do?
