You can't take off, run red lights, and then physically strike a LEO. Like DUI and DV, that kind of shite is an automatic arrest imo.

Sure, but you have to balance that against the crime-against-humanity that is not giving an entitled white woman her way immediately.

Definitely on some mental meds and chained to TheRapist mind doctors who tell her that everything she does can be attributed to someone or something else.

Your description makes it seem like she was fleeing from the cops, recklessly speeding through red lights and then belted the guy with a right cross.
Again, the woman was clearly in distress - be it emotional or mental. Regardless of whether it was caused by overreaction, she seemed to genuinely be in fear that her husband might be in peril. She was frantically trying to get help.
I know cops deal with a lot of BS. But what I saw in this case, instead of trying to calm her down and reassure her they were trying to help, they agitated the situation.

The mental instability of a large percentage of white women is an interesting case study. Is it the birth control pills being pushed on them at a young age that has turned them into overly emotional lunatics?

Hardly the point at that juncture. As usual, the police gave her countless chances to just chill but instead she acted like an idiot.
If this story is even true (for example might she have been trying to catch her pub crawling husband running around or something like that?), her own actions could have caused the death of her husband if he were really in the lake.
