Last year, the harsh winter made crawfish burrow. Quantities were low and prices were high. The opposite is expected for this season.

Why do they even bother saying shite like this. Just sell the shite for whatever they want for it and sit back and enjoy the earnings.

Wall Street Journal reporting the Saudi's will be flooding the market this year, despite high US tariffs.

I know, I'm waiting for this year's poor mouthing to begin. It can't be the price of gasoline. The winter has been mild. We've had about average rainfall. But there's an explanation for high prices out there.

"Well, we had a lot of water, but it was the wrong kind of water, you know? I mean, it was really too wet for the crawfish, except in the dry spots. Then it was too dry. Prices are gonna reflect that."

Anybody been to that joint? All you can eat crawfish for the super bowl might be legit, if they do it right.

If you don't believe the crawfisheries won't have a great excuse to jack up the prices, then I don't know what to tell you.

Can't wait to hear the BS excuses this year. Won't be able to use the old stand-bys like too cold, too hot, fuel cost, etc. Gonna take some creative Coonass-ness this year to make their fortune!
