Crackers and butter at a restaurant?

Do any of you sit down and look on your table and find only Lance captains wafer crackers and individual pats of butter? Do you partake and open up the crackers and coat with butter? Or is that gross?

I devour captains wafers and butter. Half a pat of butter per cracker. I order some food in between eating all the crackers so I dont look like a monster.
