AT&T has consistently been the worst company I have had to deal with as an adult.

If you have to deal with them, they suck.

But when I had their fiber service I never had an issue.

We thought we were having trouble with Cox for a while, then changed out our 20 year old cable coming into the house. Turned out it wasn't a Cox problem, it was our ancient cable. No problems since. We'll give Spectrum a try.

Cox is dogshit. Their prices are more expensive for slower cable internet packages than most fiber providers sell faster and more reliable services. They have been coasting on their name and customer familiarity for awhile now.

If you have Rev, AT&T or any fiber service on your street and you're still using Cox, get away from them as fast as you can.

ATT has a bundle for customers over age 55. You pay about the same for phone and internet as you would for just internet.

We are testing 10 gig in markets and it will soon be mainstream. 5 gig will be the new 1 gig within 18 months based on price decreases

5 gig will be priced similar to what 1 gig is now?!?

I hope so.

I’ve always had Cox and enjoyed their service.

Anything over 10-15 megabytes is just a frivolous use of the Internet. Is y’all’s porn so addictive you need avoid a little buffering?

I've been on Cox for a million years and never had any problems or needed anything faster.

But if this change makes my service worse or more expensive, I guess I'll be looking for an alternative.

Fiber and 5G is still king

I'll take Starlink over 5G everyday. I've had both and Starlink is superior. In fact, I wouldn't switch to cable/fiber even if I could.

Does anyone know if the Cox channel line-up will remain the same?
