Didn’t know you could buy those anymore.
About 25yrs old. Been resoled a couple times. I also have a Nocona baseball glove somewhere, lol…

Love my Ariat steel toes but if you want something that you can wear to nice occasions look at Luccheses or Cody James. Have both and they are great boots.

I’ll be in the Rio Grande Valley the first week of December. I have a guy that resoles my dress shoes. Whatever he uses, it’s hard to wear them out.

ML Leddy’s in Fort Worth make excellent handmade boots. I have a pair of Ostrich skins that are some of the most comfortable I have ever worn.

No I have a pair of Luchesse that I treated myself to about 20 years ago, I have 3 pair of Tecovas but he said he already had that

Used to be...now they are just relying on name.
I didn't realize LUchesse was a thing beyond aggy fans. Retarded as shite. I've owned combat boots that cost $100 that never die, but aggy has to have their status symbols.

Justin and Double H are some comfortable boots that hold up well if you take care of them. Justin has been my overall favorite. HH for farm work and riding in saddle-really hold up well. Just a tough boot.

Cody James.
I looked at some Cody James boots in Boot Barn earlier this year. I always wondered if they were quality boots and how they stacked up with other brands

I've had a pair of Justin's since 1998. Great boot, super comfortable, good price.

Doubke H if you want comfort, quality, and practicality, all built in the USA;

I have a pair of Dan Post caimans. 12 years old now. At the time I got them, true to size, virtually no break-in. Fit like a glove. About to get their first resole. I will probably replace the lether soles with rubber because I am old now and it's easier on the knees and back.

Yes, especially considering those posters believe they are the pinnacle of both of markets when it could not be further than the truth...
