Thanks. I have reached out to the FAA and will follow up with any feedback I get from them. Appreciate the input.
This isn’t being used for deer recovery. No one flies them this often for that purpose, esp at some of the hours they’re being seen. I would tend to lean more toward harassment of the deer with the intent to push them off the property. This is my concern. We haven’t reached out to the FAA but will do so although without any identification from the drone I’m doubtful they can take any action.
Not in any CWD zone so that’s not it.
We know all the neighbors including the outside landowners that are trying to buy all the land in the area. No reason to be flying these drones at night over our land including low passes over food plots. I’m not really worried about the deer as the rut is starting and that over rides anything for bucks. We’ve been here a long time and have no intention of ever selling.
To answer your question I would say first let’s compare each at ND and OM. Freeman has greater resources and name recognition at ND than Kiffin had at OM. Kiffin played a much more challenging schedule at OM being in the SEC than Freeman has regularly played at ND. No the armed forces / ACC schedule ND plays doesn’t compare. Neither has won a championship with ND making the playoffs once and OM in once. Based upon this I would give the edge to Kiffin.
We’ve contacted LA W&F but they need a registration number which is impossible to obtain while they are flying. We know they are not maintaining line of sight which is required unless they have a special license. While I would love to use my duck hunting skills not going that route. I have ordered the equipment that will let me to track the flight path as well as the return to the landing location. Once I have more info will be talking with both W&F as well as LLEA.
We have a large tract of land that our family has owned for many years. We have seen and videoed multiple occurrences of drones flying over our property this season. Game camera show deer running away more then we’ve ever noticed in the past. Haven’t been able to get any identification to attempt to identify and haven’t seen anyone operating them within line of sight. LA W&F unable to help so far. Any suggestions appreciated.

I agree. Driving on the left and the round abouts is pretty easy to pick up. Just obey the speed limit signs within the towns. You can see more of Ireland that way and on your schedule. And drop a night Dublin and add one to Galway. I still miss their music in the pubs.

Let a nice one go yesterday. Figured if he survives this year he could be special next year.
Exactly. Hallman was great with Brett Favre at Southern Miss but was terrible at LSU. Those were some dark years that most of this fan base didn’t experience. We would go to a game and leave our 4 extra tickets on the windshield and when we get back to the car after the game there’s 8 tickets on the windshield. Until I see Clark win at Vandy with a different QB, he’s just another Hallman. No way we should ever consider him for our coaching position.

We spent 5 days on Lake Como this spring. Stayed in Varenna at the Hotel Royal Victoria. Had a room that overlooked the lake. Right across from Bellagio. Varenna is smaller than Bellagio but much quieter with less tourist traffic. Easy to walk to the ferry shuttle and go anywhere on the lake. Had a great time and will certainly go back.

Same. No note issue but enjoy putting that check into the account before deer season kicks off.

re: flying with firearms (shotgun)???

Just made a trip from BR to Idaho with my rifle for an elk hunt. Precheck your gun in the case with the agent at the ticketing counter. No reason to have the case checked as they will verify that the gun is unloaded. I did have my ammo in the case with my rifle. It was in the original box so there was no issue. We did the exact process for the return leaving from Salt Lake with no issues. Once they inspect and have you sign that the gun is unloaded there will be a form you sign and that is kept in the case. Then lock it using all holes. I did use TSA approved locks. Everything went fine, no issue with my scope once I arrived.

ML Leddy’s in Fort Worth make excellent handmade boots. I have a pair of Ostrich skins that are some of the most comfortable I have ever worn.

Just planted our food plots last Friday and had a good rain on them Saturday. This was in lower Concordia parish. Used Buckbusters blended seed. They are out of Vidalia, LA.
We used Ryson Roofing several years ago. They were responsive and easy to work with as well as did a great job.

Hotel Jackson is great but a little pricey. Snake River Grill good for dinner. Beautiful area. Used Jackson Hole Anglers for a fly fishing trip (drift boat). Had a blast.
Just a heads up. I was out in the yard this morning and noted the swarms of sod web worm moths. Stopped and sprayed Talstar all over the yard as well as the shrubs as I was in the process of my monthly mosquito spaying.
