Also headline implies that they were defending them selves and possibly doing so during the robbery.
Yeah, I thought anything that happens in the commission of a crime, even indirectly, the felon is held accountable. Like if you rob someone and while they are chasing you, they fall and hit their head, you are responsible for their death. Why wouldn't the criminal be also responsible for their own beating?

When stolen, they would push a button and the car would shutdown and lock from the outside.
I saw something about this. That was pretty fricking awesome. If I could do that specific job, I'd love to be a police.

On Holidays they need to up their game and rig the bike with an IED. Fireworks to celebrate the capture!

Stealing is not stealing if someone tempts you steal.

I bet the OT is confused on this one. On one hand, vigilante justice on thieves, but on the other California

Cops or not they are both using bait so they can administer a consequence. Being a cop does not make it okay or ethical but for the record I am not saying I am okay with what the couple was doing.

And the cops aren’t beating people with baseball bats.
Which is why as soon as they get bonded out, they immediately go right back to doing the same thing. That's if they even get caught. Most theft like what these two were working to fight never gets stopped because the police aren't right there when it happens.

It just goes to show how fricked up society is when you can’t beat up people with bats who are trying to steal your bike that you baited them with. Thieves aren’t deterred by community service bullshite.

Same thing the police do except with a bike. Bait Bike. They should have their own show.

They should have become cops. Then they could have done it all the time with bait cars and gotten a salary and medical benefits.

I guess the guy who makes those glitter bomb videos should be on the lookout, police will arrest him for vandalism of porch thieves homes and cars.
