it's definitely a deflection tactic for him sleeping on the drainage issues out there. people are PISSED. and he's had it out for barrow for a long time. the whole forgery thing looks like nothing more than signatures "forged" at the direction of the old mayor. its not like it was checks in question, it's a contract for debris removal from like 5 years ago
