Commercial airliner, maybe. Small plane yes. I'm pretty confident I remember enough from Microsoft Flight Simulator on my Atari 800 to get it done.

It may not be pretty but I could get it to the ground.

Absolutely could, but wouldn’t because it’s not with getting a DUI.

that’s good to know

I've taken lots of people into simulators and let them fly around a bit, with constant coaching and talking them through every little detail, under optimum conditions I can usually get them to land it, sort of, and bringing it to a stop is another thing, I have heard more than one of these people say, when they think I'm out of earshot, "I went into simulator the other day and flew a 787 around the pattern and landed it, it's no big deal at all

I think the workload would be overwhelming for a single pilot. With a two mile runway, I would try it, but that’s a LOT of weight.

One of my recurring nightmares is I'm in a plane and can see my friends in the cockpit flying the plane. Lololol

IIRC the original tik tok question wasn’t “could you do it” but more along the lines of “would you try”

So while a bunch of beta numales and women jacked themselves off to muh male overconfidence, the question as originally posed was basically “would you attempt to land the plane and maybe die or just let it crash into the ground and definitely die?”
