If you already had it in a choke hold, you will win.

Not saying it is t gonna be a fight but you already have the choke in place. You just gotta hold on

If it’s 70 lbs and I can lock my legs around its mid section and have it in a full chokehold before it starts fighting back I think id win more than not. Im 3x that weight.

But man if it got out and was pissed, screw that.

Yes. No doubt about it. When I was a young man I could have killed him without a handicap. He’s got one weapon and he’s stupid. Offer him an arm, then grab the neck when he goes for it, which he will because…he’s stupid.

A wolfs survival instincts are going to kick in and he’s gonna frick off pretty quickly in this bizarre scenario.

Big cats scare me way more than big dogs. More athletic, faster, agile, etc

Also much much larger. A leopard is one of the smaller big cats and they push 150-200 lbs. and are strong as shite.

Not an adult but I could strangle a Timber Wolf puppy to death.

Well easily, because I would start with my legs choking him. Basically a 69 choke hold so I could stick a finger in his arse as soon as we started.

Put yourself in his paws. Some 200 lb dude is thigh choking you whilst he sticks a finger in your arse.

Game. Set. Match.

Good lord, are you serious? Offer him an arm? So he can puncture and tear an artery?

I feel like if you are going to talk about trying to kill a wolf with no weapon you should have to take on the whole pack because that's what they are.. pack animals. So if you want to fight one, you have to be ready to fight the whole pack and no one could take on a pack of wolves with just their bare hands.

Back to the chart. How does anyone possibly believe they could defeat a gorilla bare handed? And a lion, an elephant (!), and of course, wait for it, a grizzly bear?

I guess they figure they are strong enough to wrestle a gorilla, choke out a lion, kick the legs out of the elephant until he falls, and trade blows and bites with a grizzly, nothing to it.

There are some seriously oblivious people in this world.

Zero chance he could hold on. The wolf would have his head out and gnawing on that man in about 3 seconds

A co worker and I got on the subject of fighting animals straight up with no weapons and he deeply believes he could kill an adult male Timber Wolf with no weapons if allowed a head start of having the Wolf in a rear naked choke before the fight started. lol What are your thoughts?

It’s extremely difficult for an untrained person to secure a human being in a rear naked choke without some sort of control of the lower body with the legs.

Unless this guy is a trained fighter (even then it’s still unlikely) there’s a near 0% chance he controls a timber wolf without getting his legs in, and I can’t imagine getting hooks or a body triangle on a wolf would be easy

With food and safety. The opposite of what you think. It’s not like breaking a horse

Your false sense of confidence makes it obvious that you’ve never actually spent time practicing chokes etc
