The last 4 days of Ohio’s new case percentages have been 14%, 12%, 11.6%, and 7.5%!

So you mean the fear mongering that 80% of Ohio would get it looks to be wrong?

Let me show you my shocked face

fear mongering

I really can't decide if I've been more annoyed with the people who are buying mass quantities of guns and TP and preparing for the apocalypse, or the people who've said that this is way overblown and we've overreacted and it's no big deal.

Both of those viewpoints are those of clowns.

It can be both a big deal, and we can have overreacted. I don’t think we’ve overreacted yet, but if this shutdown lasts beyond April, we’re entering into that territory.

New York is skewing all numbers and all models at this point

We either overreacted or we didn't. So far the data suggests we did. The vast majority of cases are occurring in one or two major metropolitan centers. The University of Washington model expects the state of Alabama to have 200,000 cases by April 17. As of today (April 5) the state of Alabama has less than 2,000 cases. I'm willing to bet we don't hit that mark but I'll be more than glad to eat my words if we do.

Bc the latter is what has led to the former... if govs like Ohio’s didn’t come out claiming 80% would get it, the sheep wouldn’t have run to the store to buy their shite paper like they did.

My 95 year old great uncle passed from it this morning. His wife is recovering. The nurses had them FaceTime yesterday on iPads so they could essentially say goodbye. Tough.

Why shouldn’t people be upset and obsessed with that fact if we grossly overestimated, overreacted, and caused a massive spike in unemployment and debt that will impact us all for years?

Hmmm...

It's not cognitively dissonant to simultaneously hold the opinions of supporting social measures to contain the virus and that hoarding TP/ammunition is retarded

You really want to use China as the standard now? In anything medically related? Incredible what some of you will say

You have an overinflated ego. I pray that no one that I love will ever need to be treated by you. You’ve posted so much wrong shite these last couple of months and yet you still type away.

You sound like a little bitch who cries when someone has a difference of perspective. What action did scruffy commit to make you say this?

Speaking of overreacting...

There’s no way you’re a real doctor. Maybe a podiatrist, chiropractor, or something, but not an MD.

Just because you want to pretend that to be a "fact" doesn't make it any less bonkers.

Our nation is out of N95 masks and ventilators, and doctors and nurses are dying because this disease overwhelmed the health care system in many parts of the country, and some people still want to argue that we should've just left dead bodies to rot in the streets, because of the economy.

Many huh?

Go ahead and list out all of those which are out of beds and ventilators and people are dying in the hallways.
