I've read the specifics of the case and also the legal opinions of the ot board brilliant constitutional law minds... otherwise enjoy this board but obviously have a different opinion than the 'dirty whore' conclusion. And I'll leave it there.

Why is this still a thing? The Hoore is now whining about the Cornell President asking why she took so long to report it. Add in dropping one of the guys she sued because he wasn’t even the fraternity’s president at the time.
