He just shot a fricking ground hog. I can't believe people are ready to condemn police over this. If you had been sitting in that traffic and he let that rodent hold things up as long as it wanted you would be bitching that he didnt' shoot it.

It doesn't really say what kind of behavior the groundhog was displaying, however if it appeared lethargic or drunk that is a sign of rabbis.

I shot a caged groundhog that was f’ing up the foundation to my home. I own guns, but have hardly ever shot them. I somehow landed the bullet directly between his eyes, causing one eye to pop out and and some sort of weird, three-pronged boner to shoot out of his/her nether region. Highly uncomfortable moment in my life.

if the groundhog was rabid then fine. if the cop just wanted to shoot something then yeah, i'm a bit concerned. if a cop can solve an issue without firing his weapon he should. he could have stepped aside and let the damn ground hog pass.

No, I'd be bitching that he stopped in the first place just to shoot a moving target.
