I really don't give a shite about a groundhog, but what the frick was the cop thinking?
He stopped both lanes of traffic because a groundhog was walking around on the shoulder and then when it got across the street he casually pulled his gun out and shot it. Didn't kill it. Just shot it. Then shot it again to kill it.
What a dipshit moron. Why did he stop all the traffic in the first place?
