Louisiana needs tap into the prison population and rectify the broken work release programs ran in the state, try and replace the low skilled workers being deported.

They're expecting double digit % EPC increases. Maybe the roofers will suck up all the cost. Maybe not. They're only incentivized to be accurate because i get to hammer them with damages if we over-allocate capital to them and they can't deploy it.

Or The Construction Management is paying workers very low so they get to keep massive cuts, now they will have to employ legals and pay more, the market price of jobs might not change, but it will cut what management takes home at the end of they day much lower. Instead of them keeping 80 and giving employees 20, it may now be 60/40. With the same price per job.

i haven't lived in Louisianastan in 9 years. I split time between Houston and West Texas.
