I don't mind folks running their gas powered lawn equipment. I would not even mind if someone was tuning their hot rod in their driveway.
But the last thing I want to hear after work or on the weekend is the loud assed sirens on fire trucks, cop cars, and ambulances. That shite needs to be turned off after 5PM.

I think you should bring up people hanging Christmas lights and not allow people in the community to own trucks unless they park them inside their garage (actually a rule for some places in south Florida).

You sound like the lady that told me the gas powered leaf blowers the yard guys were using are too loud and bad for the environment. Suggested they use rakes instead.
It’s fricking stupid, and this is coming from someone with an electric leaf blower.
ETA: apparently the ordinance just passed a few weeks ago and I wasn’t paying attention. Doesn’t go into effect til 2025 though

Hmmm, not many places in bog with a HOA. I live on a 40 acre lake and was power washing the other day. I must be the a hole.

Petition the HOA to allow small 4-strokes on the lake, no oil in the exhaust that make those oil slicks unlike a 2-stroke, very clean, and very quiet.
