I saw a Drugs Inc Doc Saturday about PHX and was surprised about the Meth scene there.

Said its the drug hub for the Sinaloa cartel to distribute throughout the US

i have no doubt the cartels are here and active, but it's not like they are kidnapping scottsdale wine moms from crate and barrel. stay out of certain parts of the city, and the poorer suburbs and you won't encounter that kind of stuff.

That heat is a damn bitch regardless of how many times they tell you it's "dry." When those rays hit your arse, you hurt. From 1-11, the UV index there is 9.

I’ve lived in Phoenix twice and will live there again.

The state is beautiful and you can do just about anything.

Great hunting and fishing. If you like to snow ski you can drive a few hours from Phoenix to flagstaff for the day. Sedona is an hour away too. All the sports teams and mlb spring ball is a blast.

City is also well kept and the women are beautiful.

Well, I don't live just anywhere in South Alabama. I live on the coast in a 4,000 sq ft house with a dock, pier, and 100 yards of coastline near Fairhope. So, that is a lot to give up for a desert and a cactus. But, damn, they are offering me a lot of cash.

If you decide to sell, let me know. I've been looking at houses and lots on the eastern shore for sale for the last few months. I may can save you real estate commission if you want to sell directly.

It would be hard to get me out of Fairhope, unless it was for an unreal amount of additional money. Sounds like you're doing very well in current setup.

It is way too dusty for me and all the middle class neighborhoods are depressingly beige and cookie cutter.

Other than that it is a great city. I like the layout of the metro area.

I know they have direct flights to Hawaii and Alaska so that is good for when the temperature gets hot.

Well, as someone relatively newly single and old enough to have adult children, I certainly hope there is a good population of hot chicks in the 35-late 40's range.
