I guess whoever has been meeting and updating the governor and planning the next steps. Maybe task force is a better word? Hell, Idk or care what they call themselves.

I seriously doubt JBE is in any hurry, but if he says this, it’s the most CYA/pass the buck move ever.

All we are doing at this point is hurting the economy. In two weeks, the same risk will exist with a "severe infection cluster". Better to start opening up a bit now to minimize economic damage while also exposing more people to it (and being prepared that the number of cases will go up from that exposure). Either way, with it being 90 degrees this weekend, people will be out no matter what.
