All we are doing at this point is hurting the economy. In two weeks, the same risk will exist with a "severe infection cluster". Better to start opening up a bit now to minimize economic damage while also exposing more people to it (and being prepared that the number of cases will go up from that exposure). Either way, with it being 90 degrees this weekend, people will be out no matter what

Governor Roberto Boucher strikes again!

extrapolate that number and put them in restaurants and bars,,,,that could cause a severe infection cluster.
Foolish extrapolations got us into this bullshite shutdown in the first place. Remember when we were going to blow Italy out of the water when you extrapolate the numbers?
Kindly frick off. You can stay locked up hiding under your bed. Rational people are done with this.

We also need to allow it to run its course BEFORE respiratory and flu season start up.
Shutdowns do not make the process go faster.

I guess whoever has been meeting and updating the governor and planning the next steps. Maybe task force is a better word? Hell, Idk or care what they call themselves.
You seem to be in the know so tell us what board or task force are you talking about? Who's the doctor that advised him to extend the SAH?

I just want to say that if it were up to me, I would revoke the citizenship of every single person who is in favor of all of these forced shutdowns and hiatuses in our lives. You don't deserve to call yourself an American. All of the people in government doing it deserve to be tarred and feathered and exiled, including Trump.

I have no idea. Just passing on what I do know. If you are trying to call me out so be it. I really don’t care.

You started a thread and posted this:
But cant provide a source..all you said was some doctor on his board...
What board? What doctor? Where are you getting this information? Im not saying you're wrong just wondering where this info is coming from

Through May 15th is what I am hearing. Will ease restrictions on health procedures, necessary dental visits, etc. Restaurants, bars, movies, etc. to remain closed to public besides pickup (like going on now)

Dude, reading comprehension...I said 3 times I know a guy who sits in the meetings with the governor. I don’t know the names of the meetings nor do I know who all is involved. I came here to tell others that the state will remain in this lockdown for 15 more days.

So no changes for now besides the elective procedures?
Posted on 4/27/20 at 3:48 pm to tgrbaitn08
If this is true I hope he gives a reason for doing this. IF it’s flatten the curve again that is pointless, we have done this already. If it’s opening up will cause more to get the virus. When will that ever be the case besides getting a vaccine?
JBE needs to explain why he is willing to sacrifice the economy. I find it hard to believe he will give any good reasons why we should sacrifice the economy for this.

Basically, that is what I was told. Some easing on "medical" stuff.
