My guess is most people who havent heard of him are not on social media much (which isn't a bad thing) OR are not conservatives.

I heard of him. Wasn't familiar with his work. I haven't watched any political YouTubers recently.

this is seriously the only way.

its just a toxic mess no matter which "side" people are on.
none of my friends are into politics, we hang out all the time and it literally never comes up.

I just kind of slowly stopped talking to my friends who were into politics, dem or republican, because I refuse to listen to it

I'll be honest, I recognized his face from Fox News and the RNC, but didn't know his name. I don't really do much social media though.

I will admit, I have heard of him but have never heard one of his talks and couldn’t have picked his picture out of a lineup.
I am very upset about his assassination though.

The other 60% of us have better things to do than worry about politics. Things like work and raise kids, go to church, have fun with our friend and families. You know, things that don't require wifi.

This country seriously needs to touch some grass and talk to people face to face.

Every conservative under the age of 40 knew full well who he was. I've been following him closely for probably 5 years.

I guess it depends on how you define conservative, but I’m 37 years old and had heard his name before but didn’t really know who he was. I have never heard him speak.

I’m definitely a Republican, but I don’t pay close attention to politics.

I only knew him as the guy that went to colleges to get into debates with college kids. Thought the concept was kind of dumb and never clicked on any of his stuff because it seemed very clickbaity with titles like watch how I destroy this woke student. I tend to stay away from crap like that on both sides.

My post about researching Kirk

Yeah, I know I am linking the Politard board, but it fits this thread.

I did my own research on Kirk despite the fact that I don't agree with the vast majority of his views.

After doing my research, I have concluded the following:

1) Our media are shameless, vile, evil liars
2) Progressives are pure, unadulterated evil
3) Just about every quote you read from the MSM is a blatant lie where they purposely took a long conversation, grabbed one or two words, then twisted them to mean something else
4) I am ashamed to have ever associated with, or voted for a Democrat.
5) I'm even more furious today than I was yesterday. That guy did not deserve this fate.

I side with the 60% that hates both radical factions

80 vs 20, then 60 vs 20% isn't looking favorable for the 20% factions it is also makes it painfully obvious you care much more about your 20% tribe than America. Sad!

I understand this, if you don't follow politics and especially the conservative movement closely, you wouldn't know him. He played a major role in getting Trump re-elected. His election night coverage was all I watched, it was outstanding, not because it was conservative, but it was all fact based and direct. Turning point and his team had done so much research and had so many boots on the ground in places, they were way ahead of projecting wins in certain locations. Charlie Kirk was a conservative Christian who was steadfast in his beliefs. I will miss him.

I knew him as that guy who would embarrass liberals .

Watched tons of his videos that my daughter, who is a very big fan of his, would send me.

I’d even ask my daughter “Any new videos of that guy who embarrasses liberals?”

I knew him as Charlie Kirk only since last November.

After the research I did last night, I'm honestly shocked progressives didn't kill him sooner.

Saw him with Jr. on the trip to Greenland.

That’s the first I knew of him.
