I think that any human who has the capacity to do that to someone else who is innocent, is either a mental defective, that is, retarded, or is a product of the way he was brought up.
If he tried to conceal his act through hiding the body, or cleaning up the crime scene, then I'm going to assume he knows the difference between right and wrong, and he is not mentally retarded. If he is not mentally retarded then the contribution to society that his death can make is he should be made to feel the terror that she felt. His death should be horrible and it should be shown in his community, to his peers and to those who are like him. They must be shown that his behavior is unacceptable and the horrible death is the consequence. I don't think his behavior is unfixable, however, it's too late for him. Maybe his death can fix/change some others that are in his situation.
But I could be wrong and I feel certain others here can/will point that out to me.

Yes and no. First off, who checks the license plate? Many uber's are similar vehicles. I've taken Uber black XL in big cities and every single one of them were black tahoe's.
2ndly, its not that hard for someone of a different race to rock a hat and facial hair and look completely different than their picture.
I rarely uber or lyft, probably 10-15 times a year. Usually 5-6 times a weekend if I visit certain places and then not again for months. But I've been picked up 3 times by either a different driver or different vehicle than described. As said, I recently was picked up in a white impala and the description said black.
It happens frequently.

The driver and I always say each other’s name before I get in and before the driver lets me in. That’s what happens frequently

This is a thing now: Predators wait outside of clubs posing as Uber drivers and try to kidnap drunk college girls as they leave the club.
We have to emphasize the verification aspect before our women willingly jump in these cars.
