The coffee group exhibited much less DNA strand breakage than the control group by the end of the 4-week span.

Half drank water only and couldn’t drink coffee or other caffeinated drinks during the study while the other half had basically 2 cups per day.

I was drinking the equivalent to 14 cups a day last year.

It's a dark roasted road to go down.

One day a study will come out that says coffee, tobacco, booze, laziness, and a terrible diet are the keys to a long life, and I'll finally know why I'm sitting there at 135 years old just waiting to die.

They say you should get your heart rate up at least once a day.

And I ask, does masturbation count?

I’m switching to an all-coffee diet.

For those of you with hyperactive kids, give them coffee milk in the morning (4oz coffee, 2-3oz half and half, 1-2 tbsp sugar). You will notice a 100% improvement in their focus and behavior and they will burn sugar off at first recess.

I want more information about this.

Was one group only allowed 500ml of water (16oz bottle) and the other group only allowed 500ml of coffee?

500ml of water is nothing for a whole day

What I take from this is that Red Bull and Monster potentially repair DNA
