I'm going to say it's the physician named Steven Schumacher that lives and practices in Cape Girardeau, MO where the plane took off from.

Ugh that's awful. Highly doubt they find anything that far offshore. Those small planes sink stunningly fast. You usually have about 70-90 seconds from hitting the water before it is completely underwater.
