For years I've wondered why drug dealers didn't use surplus military subs. There's an old movie where Frank Sinatra used one to rob an ocean liner.

Damn, Drug War such a success that back in the late 70's/early 80's it was like $2k/oz, Miami Vice TV days post disco era.
