He’s going to get an attorney. Another co -worker said he is still on the hook until she is 18 since he had signed an admission of paternity...... is this true?

Theoretically, absent a DNA test, no man could ever be 100% certain of paternity.

The question is, does the girl consider him her/his father?
Does the coworker love the kid?
Honestly this comes up a good bit in modern family court and it can go either way.
He wouldn't be the first person forced to pay for someone else's bastard.
If he loves the kid, he should keep paying though.
