It probably offends collectivists who view themselves in the context of a group. I'm an individual and don't give a damn what some talking head at CNN who lives in a bubble believes.

He's not wrong. Unfortunately when most people think of a "terrorist" they have an image of someone from the middle East.
I think we can all agree that white males do the majority of mass shootings in this country. They are characterized as "deranged" or "troubled" though. If it were someone, not from this country, it would be called a "terrorist act" by everyone.
These people are all "deranged, troubled" and yes "terrorist's". Those are just labels though.
Anyone who commits these crimes are weak minded people who are easily influenced by releigion, ,politics or race. Not every white male is a mass shooter just like not every middle easterner is a terrorist. They all are weak minded though and aren't "right in the head."

According to The Washington Post: there have 56 deaths due to mass shootings in 2018, whereas there have been 12,101 gun related homicides in 2018.

(the 12,101 figure excludes the roughly 22,000 annual gun suicides, which are not publicly reported in real time.)

So almost a half a percent? This is the biggest terror threat in the United States? Once again, logic escapes the Democrats.
