I can't imagine any jury nullification would be on the table here after they heard the 911 call
I read the transcript last night and legit teared up for a minute. I don't think I could physically take listening to the call.
ETA: Isn't it confirmed that there are at least 9 or 10 jurors who want to convict? A not guilty verdict is nonsensical to think of as an option at this point. A hung jury is possible. Not sure some of the loonies on social media following this know the difference though.

It is technically an option but with both defense and prosecution basically agreeing that she did it and it was self defense, the options are NGBRI, manslaughter (which is fricked up), and murder.
If the two young pink wearers truly are part of the tik tok parade, I would absolutely not take off a straight not guilty from them
It’s a big if, but if they truly are part of that cult then that’s absolutely possible that’s what they are arguing

I read the transcript too
I'd be seeing red if I heard it & the case was on my shoulders

I wish the algorithm would present all the folks debunking all of the nonsense that they’re getting fed.
Crazy people are so against getting their thoughts and feelings challenged. Stubbornness is wild.

Then 1 way or another... this case is headed for mistrial
Whether it be due to a standard hung jury
Or due to deliberating jurors using sources the judge has told them to avoid (which could get the jurors in question in trouble with the court)

If this ends in a mistrial and is retried, can the defense change their strategy and try to go for a straight not guilty? And if so, can their strategy where they admitted in open court she did it in this trial be used against them in that case?
These feel like stupid questions, but in a world where she wasn't immediately found guilty I've given up on common sense

Not a stupid question at all
I think the answer is yes... the defense could try to change tactics & go for full-on not guilty...
But that comes with problems... the prosecution can enter in the affidavit where she admitted doing it
And she would also have to walk back her lawsuit against the medical providers b/c she admits doing it there too

Any "Lindsey didn't do it" people need to remember that her lawyer, Reddington, has had this case & all the evidence in it for 3 years now
After 3 years of studying this case forwards & backwards... he decided the best tactic was going the mental defect route
That's her only shot at avoiding life in prison

No... nothing is confirmed
No one aside from the 12 jurors in that room knows what's happening in there
Anyone saying jurors are leaning this way or that is pure speculation

Agreed. People are just yapping without knowing anything.
To the poster who intimated the pink sweater duo may have been the younger women jurors, I’m almost positive one of the pink sweaters was an older woman.

So the rumor is its the two younger chicks holding up the whole thing
They’d surely stand to gain quite a bit from holding out and then marketing themselves accordingly.
I say at least 15% chance.

If tweet fails to load, click here. I wonder if they are about to announce they are deadlocked still.

Court TV said it's a note and not a verdict, so they're probably still deadlocked.

3 PM ET sounds right... they're probably tired of this shite (and each other)

If I were one of the guys on that jury I would be a he-man woman hater the rest of my life

My favorite arguement I see from the Clancy loons is that if this is retried then they can finally look at Patrick for murdering his kids. Like the state didn't look at his alibi and determine he couldn't physcially have done it

They're too stupid to realize why the security camera footage from CVS & 3V are public at all

Clancy has been wheeled over to take part in the sidebar
A single (female) juror was brought in, sworn in, asked a question, & sent back
A 2nd juror brought in after the 1st was allowed back

Sounds like jurors are being questioned 1 by 1
