Judge is interviewing them all. Something had to have happened in there.

So it sounds like reports are correct and 2 moron women are the hold up based on that.
Not exactly
Very possible the judge is going 1 by 1 asking all of them if further discussion truly won't be helpful before declaring a hung jury mistrial
Reddington... the defense lawyer... was apparently very animated during the sidebar

At least 10 jurors deep now in this questioning
And it sounds like the jurors may actually be leaving the courtroom... possible misunderstanding on that though

Fox News analysts saying if it is a mistrial... the defense would've grabbed defeat from the jaws of victory

Wonder why Reddington looks pissed.

Judge giving jury definition of reasonable doubt
Jurors often get hung up thinking it’s beyond ALL doubt, not reasonable doubt
Could be what it takes to sway a hold out to move from NGRI to guilty on one of the counts

Reddington speaking in court... says 1 juror holding it up

Defense wanted to remove the sole juror
Prosecution is fine with holdout juror remaining

So I’m guessing that means only 1 juror isn’t voting NGRI?
guess I was wrong about what I was hoping the question was for

So Red thinks he has just the one hold out that isn't on his side? I cannot imagine that's reality

It’s definitely good for guilty
ETA: posted before I read about the defense wanting to remove a juror
