Try a nicotine mint. All the nicotine, none of the stuff in your lungs. Most take about 20 minutes to dissolve so you feel like it was substantial.
Great, then he’ll get addicted to mints. You want him to get diabetes??!

The world was much cooler when everyone smoked.

Vapes are bad but at least they aren't full of tar.

Cigs are cooler than vapes.
I don’t know about health, or trashy levels.

My buddy told me to try this a few weeks back. Was delicious.

From all the chemical additives in tobacco and the cigarette rolling papers to make it fire safe and to all the glycols and other chemicals in vape juice, I maybe no medical doctor but neither product should be inhaled for human consumption.
The “healthy” alternative may be some Mary Jane grown from your own garden with no chemicals or herbicides or insecticides used in production.

Such bullshite that it’s not legal to have at least one plant of reasonable size.
What the criminal penalty for that anyway?

I would suggest this question be posed to long time smokers who are patients at MD Anderson hospital in Houston, My guess is they will give you much better guidance than the OT.

Unless you're using weird gas station vapes, I would have to imagine you're fine in moderation

We’re seeing popcorn lung in people who vape.

No you aren’t. Internet born myth
American lung association, cancer association etc have denounced ever having a single case of popcorn lung and vaping. It was a white suburban mom chain email
Funny a nurse is seeing it though….

I switched to vaping a while back, mostly because smoking was getting too harsh on my lungs. It’s not perfect, but it feels a lot smoother, and I don’t wake up with that heavy chest feeling anymore. Plus, the variety of flavors makes it a bit more enjoyable than the same old cigarette taste.
One I’ve been using lately is the Aroma King 600. It’s easy to carry around, lasts a decent amount of time, and the flavors are solid. If you’re looking for something to test out, it’s worth a try.

Fun fact.. vape pens were invented as a method to be able to have people intake medicine . Specifically people that were unable to swallow the required medicine.

Load four 6mg Zyns in your mouth. Two up top and two on the bottom. You will forget all about smoking.
I tried zyn, the 3mgs... I liked it at first but somehow got sensitive to them, the last one I used lasted about five minutes before I was turning green and had to spit it out.
I used a combo of (short lived) zyn and vaping to quit smoking. It worked. Now I have to quit vaping at some point- it can't be good for you.
I might try Alp soon, and whoever mentioned nicotine mints I am going yo look those up.
Anything you can do to quit smoking cigarettes is probably a win!
