Well one is clearly not right to carry such an act out.. He's still aware enough to drive and plan this..

Cnn says if it's processed as a hate crime at federal level then it is DP eligible

I don’t understand the point of this. Will investigating and prosecuting this as a hate crime make the punishment worse than it already is for 9 pre-meditated homicides in a church? We know he did it because he hates black people. We don't need any further evidence of that and don't need to spend any tax payer money further proving that.

Lock him away and execute him.
