Company yeti cup. Company jacket or vest. Saw one company that had a select beer brewed with their name on the label and gave out cases of it, but that’s probably for a very large order (cool idea though). Subscription to Jelly of the Month club. Honey baked hams
Edit: you own restaurants. Just give your employees the extra cash. They need it

I'm sure a good bit of those employees are part time.
The majority of them work 32-38 hrs/wk

You’re right about that. Just trying to appear a little more thoughtful

Maybe personalized Tervis tumblers or insulated mugs. With their name- not the restaurant's. That's one thing that's always useful and it doesn't really matter if you already have a few.
If that comes in below budget, you could put a gas card inside for like $10-15.
It's nice that you're doing something for them

As others have suggested, I would get them a gift certificate for a smoked turkey or a honey baked ham. Those are wonderful to have for holiday meals, but no one will generally buy it for themselves.

Gift cards is probably the way to go. It might not appear as thoughtful, but it keeps you from buying gifts that 50% of them will inevitably not really like.

They don’t. And they’re off by noon on Christmas Eve

25-30 dollars more in the bonus or a seperate 25-30 universal gift card type thing.
This. I'd much rather something I can actually use.

Hookers and blow.
Well not for $30. So maybe a lot lizard and crack.

Statistics show people value a tangible gift more than $ or blank gift cards.

The echo dot is $30 right now. That's what I'd go with. It's fun and can be easily resold if they just want the cash.
