I usually just give them all a gift card at the Christmas party, but this year I’d like to do something different. This is separate from their Christmas bonus. I have 63 employees, so would like to keep it to $25-$30 per. Also, is it tacky to give them all the same thing? I figure that’s the only way to keep someone from getting their feelings hurt.

No, it's the smart thing to do.

Can't go wrong with a yeti mug or similar.

The 12oz mug is $25 on Amazon right now.

I'd imagine that 90+ percent of them would rather have 25-30 dollars more in the bonus or a seperate 25-30 universal gift card type thing.

Do like the guy on the money board and cut all their bonuses by over 75% this year and don’t tell them.

Amazon gift cards.

Nothing pisses me off more than someone giving me a Yeti mug or universal pocket knife tool.

See if you can get a deal on some hams or smoked turkeys.

Or jelly of the month

very cool

I have a friend that owns three restaurants. He would give the same response if someone asked him if he was rich. I'm sure a good bit of those employees are part time.

If everything goes well, you can make about 15%.
