I got $50.00 - direct deposit

I've spent the past 15 years with 2 companies that each had several thousand employees. I think the most I've ever gotten is a couple hundred bucks too.

Guaranteed at least 10% of my salary. Can be up to 20% based on other factors. This year should be 19-20%. We killed it this year.

Our bonus is usually around 5% of base salary. Then overage on top of that based on how the Firm did, which this year is expected to be pretty good.

The past 3 years we have gotten $500. This year is the same, except it will be deposited in January.

Guaranteed ~8%. Have gotten ~75% a couple times. I get my guarantee plus whatever they feel good about before Christmas and then they pay the balance after we do an accrual analysis on the crop year.

I get about $10K/year as a bonus. We used to get it in December but two years ago they changed it so that we don't get it until February. I just put it all (less SS taxes) into my 401K. I just turned 50 this year so that will more than pay for the increased 401K contribution for those 50 and up.

Damn man. I would imagine that's a pretty big hit if you count on that bonus being for Christmas presents or something for holidays.

I'm in the Engineering business and have never received a Chirstmas bonus. They do let us take off at lunch, on the 23rd, and let us charge the whole day.
