Chinese men in relatively cosmopolitan cities like Shanghai and Beijing think nothing of whipping it out in broad daylight and pissing into somebody's landscape hedge. They are truly still in another century when it comes to generally accepted principles of decorum.

I spent 3 months in China for work. Outside of cities like Shenzen, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Beijing the rest of the country is about as 3rd world as you can get. There was many towns that would make Lake Charles and Baton Rouge seem extremely clean. Wasnt uncommon to see people peeing and taking a dump in the streets.

It's not just the kids. When Disney Shanghai opened, they had to put up signs asking people to stop shitting on the walkways in the park.
