Last time I was there pregame we watched a drunk ole miss sorority girl skip every stair coming out and she knocked out a couple teeth. Blood everywhere. Good times.

Only this website could find bad things to say before it even opens. Why not just look forward to the improvements to an iconic Br establishment? These are the same people that will bitch when a restaurant doesn’t evolve and gets left behind.

Construction is expected to begin in July and will shut down the LSU-adjacent eatery for about three weeks. After the first few weeks, the Chimes will reopen as construction wraps up.
So, August of 2019. If you are in the construction industry, you know.

In September there will be no better place to soak in 95 degrees with 80% humidity and rising auto exhaust.

Meh. If it was a DPW or DOTD project I’d say that’s even optimistic, this has been in the planning stages for quite some time and they looked at every detail, so I’m hopeful it will be ready during football season.
