No seriously, kudos to women for dealing with the pain, but at least you are not a Hyena. Something like 25-30% die in their first childbirth, because the female have a penis, and have to give birth through a penis. Now that sounds like pain.

It's a pseudopenis, an extension of the clitoris. Female hyenas are the dominant animals in their social hierarchy. They figure females evolved this pseudopenis as a trick so the dominant female would be less hostile to subordinate females by confusing them with males.
