An entire fast food joint dedicated to chicken salad doesn't seem like such a great idea imo. I certainly could be wrong.

What sayeth the OT?

It is very popular amongst middle aged white women.

I've been a few times. It is ok, but very overpriced for damn chicken salad.

If I had to consume only one food item for the rest of my life it would be Calvin's chicken salad.

Went thru drive-thru for my wife recently and I was shocked at how small of a container for the money.

You should check out the food truck the owners daughter just opened. They have chicken salad sandwiches on cibatta bread as one of the menu items. Shits so good

It's good, but too pricey.

There locations will only work where there is plenty of foot traffic from soccer moms aka shopping malls.

One here down here in Fla by me is in a outdoor shopping mall of course.

I love that place. I think it would kill it around LSU where there is a huge population of wealthy young white women.

The one in Mandeville is right by Beau Chene. I saw them hauling garbage bags of cash out the back like Pablo Escobar in the ‘80s.

You say that now... Calvin's is practically across the street from our neighborhood and my wife would bring a pint or so home a couple times a week. She loved the stuff and I did, too.... for a while... But, after a few hundred quarts of that sh#t I think I would hurl if I even smelled it again.

I'm shocked they picked Walker of all places to break into the Baton Rouge market, but it seems to be killing it there.

They have a really good original blend, and the one with the bacon and cheddar in it is my favorite. It's really good stuff. Chicken salad sammiches are hit and miss. They are either good or not good. You find a good place that makes good chicken salad, you support it. Champagnes in lafayette has awesome chicken salad. There is a store in Baldwin near Cypress Bayou Casino that has the best chicken salad i've ever eaten since my grandmothers.
