Did I mention the employees smile and look genuinely happy to be working there. The place looks very sanitary as well.
They're doing a lot of things right.

McDonald’s, along with every other fast food chain, would absolutely kill for Chick-fil-A’s speed, efficiency, and quality.

Their service alone makes them fantastic and I’m not a big fan of their food. Would much rather eat Popeyes but I’m not wasting my time going there to deal with an attitude and pulling up to wait 10 mins.

I agree. If you put all the nuggets back together it wouldn’t even be equal to a full chicken breast.

Is it the best food in the world - no.
Is it perfectly good chicken better than most fast food restaurants? For sure.
I prefer Popeyes taste but their service is awful and food quality is very inconsistent.

Know some people that work at CFA corporate. The average lead time to get a job there is 18 months, I know a guy who interviewed with them 12 times before getting an offer. That shite is mind boggling to me.
