Maybe but it’s not like it sits on a lot of land and the houses that are next door from the pics look equally quaint.

Demand is very high in silicon valley. The amount if high paying tech jobs and startups in that one area is mind boggling. Also, great weather and beautiful scenery.

It would be interesting to know how much that house would fetch in real life. I'm surprised the series hasn't inspired a reality show about life in a live in tech incubator.
