That's the LUCAS. Definitely not the Arrowhead. Arrowhead's fuselage and nosecone are narrower.

I really don't know about any of this, but the US sells weapons and equipment to Iran? I know we sell to other countries, but I thought it was only to our allies.

The US built LUCAS is a copy of the Iranian Shahed 136 UCAV. It has proven to be an excellent low-cost UCAV that is copied by multiple countries, including the US.
