Alright, yeah that makes sense, one would only accelerate at a high rate to kill someone, but definitely not to make an escape.
Why was she fleeing? Did an LEO tell her to stop or get out of the vehicle?

Y’all obviously want an echo chamber and to be in full agreement. Go find your safe space over on the Poli board and be reassured you can’t possibly be incorrect

The irony there was that in itself was deflection and lacked anything close to substance

The logician can’t keep up with simple logic apparently

yes, again. the entire part of the argument is irrelevant. she shouldn’t have been there. she should have complied. she shouldn’t have accelerated (to kill or escape). It cost her her life, because she’s an idiot.

He was already out of the way when shots were fired. He wanted to shot, and he did. Add some PTSD from military and the prior event a few months ago and it’s all recipe for disaster. He won’t be prosecuted, but his life is ruined. That’s the bottom line it seems. Our opinions don’t change that, and the opinions vary obviously
Things happen fast. It's hard to say what I would have done in such a situation, and in his shoes with his training and his prior experiences. In fact, no one can truly say. All we know is what he did.
I think I would have been more concerned with getting out of the way than shooting, but who knows. It's a tragedy for many. She lost her life. Her kid lost her mom. Her spouse lost her partner and is left with the knowledge that she encouraged the "resistance," and he will no doubt be haunted, if not hounded by the experience.
Just a tragedy all around. And those who did their best to ratchet up the rhetoric until they provoked people to do stupid, crazy, disobedient things in such a highly charged environment seem to be continuing to ratchet it up even more, all from the safety of being behind a podium or microphone.

Escape from what?

I'm asking if you thought I was deflecting in one of my responses, or were you admitting to your obvious deflection. Your ambiguous response was difficult to decipher. Simple question with no sass or ill intent. You should try it.

The full weight and power of the country with countless technology and the federal agent is walking around playing dueling cellphones with a Karen to collect data.

This video just makes me more confident the driver was trying to leave.
Still pretty easy to see why someone standing right by the car would think it was an attempt to hit them though. Or at least that the odds of it being an attempt to hit them were high enough to warrant protecting themselves in response.

Good luck with that view here
it was a murder attempt, and the woman deserved to die

it’s already been covered.
ICE Agents cannot arrest civilians.
They need to acquire a warrant to arrest agitators.
To do so, they acquire video footage.
…hence him filming this incident.

"Right by the car?"
"Attempt to hit?"

this is the only battle left for our hardcore Leftists at this point. Video evidence has disproven all their other false narratives.

you say this like it's not an opinion. that is your opinion, and not a fact. we have all opinions on this, and you aren't as factually correct as you think and so desire to be
